Easily handle appointment refunds with just a few clicks. Visit appt.ipstudio.co, navigate to Appointments, and choose the appointments you wish to manage. In the appointment management section, toggle the Refundable option on or off, specify the refund window, and set your preferred Refund Window duration.

Refundable: Permits customers to receive a refund credit for their appointments.

Refund Window: Specifies the number of hours before the appointment starts within which a customer must cancel to qualify for a refund.

Once refunds are activated, customers can request refunds for existing bookings in their account area. It’s important to note that customer-requested refunds are not processed through Mariana Tek; instead, they are stored in their appt.ipstudio.co account for future appointment bookings.

For direct refund processing, visit tenant.marianatek.com/admin, locate the customer profile, and set the credit expiration to a future date.
