How Auto Check In Works

Auto Check-In, a Live by IPSTUDIO™ Pro Feature

Live by IPSTUDIO™ Pro users can benefit from Auto Check-In as part of the product. Auto Check-In will automatically check-in users who click on the unique Zoom URL delivered to their email address. Once clicked, the user is checked into the class via Mariana Tek.

Auto Check-In

Live by IPSTUDIO™ Pro sends an email to each user who reserved a class, the email contains a unique URL that associates the user with their profile in Mariana Tek. Once clicked, the user is checked into the Livestream class. Live by IPSTUDIO™ Pro delivers the email 30min before class start time.

  • When you manually automate a class emails are scheduled to be sent 30min prior to class start time, ensure you create and automate classes at least 45min in advance.
  • When Automate All is enabled please allow for an additional 30min to automate the class, allowing 75min between class creation and class start time so Live by IPSTUDIO™ is able to recognize and produce the Livestream URL in time.
