To confirm if a customer of yours has access to content, navigate to ‘Users‘ in the Admin Site, and search the for the specific customer in question. Once identified, confirm that the customer is listed as ‘Active’ in the ‘Status’ column. If the ‘Status’ column instead lists a dash, this means that the customer has logged into your library before, but does not have access to content.
If you’re unable to find the customer’s account in the ‘User’ area, it means that the user has yet to login to your library.
