There are a series of steps you’ll need to follow anytime a customer is unable to login.

  1. First, confirm that the customer has an account in Mariana Tek. If they do not have an account if Mariana Tek, they’ll need to create an account on your library’s account creation flow, or on your main website (Both destination will achieve the same output).
  2. Secondly, if they already have any account in Mariana Tek, ensure they are utilizing the correct password. In this case, it’s often helpful to reset the customer’s password within Mariana Tek to something simple (Don’t forget to remind them to change it later).
  3. Finally, if the customer has an account in Mariana Tek, and you’ve confirmed that the issue is not realted to their password, please contact us at support@ipstudio.co.
