The first step to getting content into your library is to first upload it into IPSTUDIO content repository, or into a 3rd party service. From there, you’ll be able to move onto the next section which shows you how to publish your uploaded content.

Uploading to IPSTUDIO

Upload Size Limits

  • Please limit your upload batches to 30gb or less
  • Single video file size limit is 5gb
  • “batches” or “sessions” refer to upload, post and transcode. Please allow transcoding to finish before uploading new content “batches” or “sessions”

Video
To upload video files into your library’s media repository, you’ll need to:

  • Login to your library’s administrative backend YourSubdomain.yourdomain.com/wp-admin
  • Click “Media”
  • Click ‘IPSTUDIO Uploader’
  • Drag or browse video files into the resumable file upload area
  • Click “Upload”
  • Ensure that you keep the current tab open for duration of your file upload
    • If your upload fails at any point, please click “Retry” to resume uploading

Audio

To upload audio files into your media repository, you’ll need to:

  • Login to your library’s administrative backend (YourSubdomain.yourdomain.com/wp-admin)
  • Click ‘Add New | IPSTUDIO’
  • Drag or browse audio files into the resumable file upload area
  • Ensure that you keep the current tab open for duration of your file upload
