Users have the ability to request to cancel their account from yourvirtualsite.com/my-account

Once users submit their cancellation request a site administrator will receive the request along with the customer details such as name, email, home location, VOD membership.

Cancellations with Mariana Tek provide 2 options:

• Cancel renewal
• Cancel immediately

Additionally you have the option to refund the members purchase:

• To card on file
• To account balance

Based on the actions you choose, customers will receive a transactional email powered by Mariana Tek reflecting the change to their membership status.

Cancellation request notifications are delivered to the Contact Email input in VOD Settings.
