Below are instructions for publishing hosted content vs embeddable content.<\/p>\n<h3>Publishing On Demand by IPSTUDIO\u2122 Hosted Content<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Video<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Follow the instructions below to publish IPSTUDIO hosted video:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Login to <code>YourSubDomain<\/code>.yourdomain.com\/wp-admin<\/li>\n<li>Click &#8216;Add new Video&#8217;<\/li>\n<li>Add video from media library\n<ul>\n<li>do not upload videos at this point. Choose a video already <a href=\"https:\/\/ipstudio.co\/support\/vod\/uploading-content\/\">uploaded to the media library<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Add or upload a thumbnail image<\/li>\n<li>Select video quality (720p default, 1080p max)<\/li>\n<li>Add a Title, Description (optional), Equipment, Instructor, Category.<\/li>\n<li>Scroll to the top of the page, and click &#8216;Publish&#8217;<\/li>\n<li>Video duration will appear automatically for hosted clients<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-54\" src=\"https:\/\/ipstudio.co\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Hnet-image_1.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"280\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Transcoding<\/strong><br \/>\nTranscoding is the process of converting an audio or video file from one encoding format to another (FFMPEG) in order to increase the number of compatible target devices a media file can be played on.
