INTRODUCTION
Thank you for the opportunity to integrate Mariana Tek into your website in partnership with Mariana Tek by Xplor.

NEEDS
Client needs hands-off web integration, styling, and optimization services performed using Mariana Tek’s development tools.

SOLUTIONS
A fully integrated Mariana Tek standard web integration for Client’s website. This involves the creation or modification of pages required for such a project, interface optimizations for multiple devices, navigation updates, and operational support to transition the website on launch day. Included and optional solutions would involve an iOS smart banner to foster app installations, a custom maintenance page, and 7 days of support after launch.

WORKFLOW
Development Review Once the initial integration is in place, we’ll notify the client for review. In this review, we will go through the integration page by page and explain the setup, limitations, and integration styling.

Migration Day Once the Client approves of the integration, the project will be tested and prepped to go live. On the scheduled launch date IPSTUDIO will place the site in maintenance mode, update integrations to live values and take the site live on your green light. Congratulations! IPSTUDIO works very closely with Clients to ensure all site launches are a success.

PROJECT SUMMARY - Mariana Tek Web Integration & Styling
● Standard web integration for: registration, account, pricing page, schedule page, class and/or instructor schedules using Mariana Tek Version 4 integrations
● Optimization for desktop, mobile and tablet responsiveness
● Studio specific styling in regards to typefaces, sizes, colors, and graphics. Please note, styling has a degree of limitations
● Terms + Privacy page creation (if required)
● Navigation updates such as CTA additions for login/create account, buy, book, etc
● iOS App banner notification integration
● Disablement of former platform
● Custom maintenance page for launch day + routine launch day updates including: Activation of MT pages, deactivation of previous platform, updating links site-wide for new MT integration
● Live, real time support on launch day
● Password reset banner

SUPPORT
● Instant support throughout the entire duration of the migration to Mariana Tek
● Priority support for 7 days after the migration

Components (Provided by Client)
● Website administrator credentials + Server administrator credentials (if applicable)
● Brand / style guide (if different from brand / style guide found on website)
● Domain access for MailChimp/Mandrill DKIM,SPF, and sending domain verification (if applicable)

TERMS & CONDITIONS

IPSTUDIO assumes Client has permission from the rightful owner to use any elements that are provided by Client for inclusion in the website, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend IPSTUDIO and its owners from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements.

IPSTUDIO retains the right to display graphics and other web content elements as examples of their work in their portfolio and as content features in other projects. IPSTUDIO also retains the right to place their logo and link at the bottom of the website page(s).

The agreement contained in this contract constitutes the sole agreement between Client and IPSTUDIO regarding all items included in this agreement.
